Analyze, code and deliver a web application as needed by the customer.

Thus, we need to provide several deliverables, including:

- User requirements, - Functional specifications, - Architecture
recommendation, - Database schema, - Full front-end coding of the
application, - Test cases, - User guide.


RESPONSIBILITIES - Assign tasks to developers or get developer
commitment for tasks necessary to meet sprint objectives - Analyze and
understand user requirements, create design solutions for those
requirements and write specifications, - Good knowledge of Web
Applications, - Develop applications using ColdFusion 6.0 (design,
programming, implementation and unit testing), - Develop applications
using ColdFusion 8.0 a definite asset, - Lead and participate in code
reviews, - Provide accurate estimates of assigned task effort for
inclusion in project planning, - Prepare reports, manuals and other
documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software, -
Share knowledge and information on new technologies with the other
team members, - Work closely and mentor Developers on team, - Work on
any other related task whenever necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - University degree in Information
Technology, Engineering or equivalent industry experience, - 5+ years
of experience in Object Oriented analysis, design, development and
integration of software products in a company recognized for software
development capability, - 8+ years of programming experience in
ColdFusion 6.0. Programming experience with ColdFusion 8.0 a definite
asset, - Knowledge of design and analysis methodologies and
application development processes, - Knowledge of Agile methodology
using SCRUM a big asset, - Strong English verbal and written
communication skills. English and French fluency, both written and
spoken a real asset, - Strong ability to work in an open and
collaborative team environment, - Proven ability to meet deadlines and
successfully complete of deliverables, - Willingness to travel on a
needed basis, - Analytical, thorough, resourceful and concerned about
details while not getting caught in details, - Customer service
focused, - Independent; Handles Pressure; Flexible.
